    Job Description/Responsibilities


    • Leading a client on its journey to a certain quality maturity level
    • Acting as a Mentor and a leader who drives the initiative across the organization in close coordination with the SEPG/SPI group.
    • Drawing a strategic long-term road map for the client and Mentors Organizational SPI journey
    • Preparing the detailed SPI plan with associated risk and opportunities
    • Reorganizing and restructuring the QMS to better suit the needs of the organization
    • Identifying weaknesses and gaps in the Software Engineering process and facilitating the process improvement
    • Conducting organizational assessment of current maturity level
    • Interacting with the Software Quality Assurance Group (SQA) and other Software Engineering staffs to ensure new processes are effectively implemented
    • Facilitating organizational change management through SPI
    • Providing references to worldwide best practices, along with case studies which will also be inputs to enhance levels of process implementation

    Desired Candidate Profile
      • 12-15 yrs of relevant experience in the Quality Field in a respected Software Development company.
      • Thorough knowledge of CMM (all levels) & CMMi and must have implemented the process for the same.
      • Good knowledge of all phases of SDLC and usage of models like SEI-CMM®,
      • CMMI®, EFQM and ISO is expected

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/COUNTRY MANAGER
    (China, Japan, Australia)
Job Description/Responsibilities
    • Assist in establishing marketing plans to achieve the company's objective for revenue, profit and market share.
    • Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve these objectives.
    • Create and service new accounts, geographic areas and lines of business.
    • Analyse company's marketing programs and find ways to increase effectiveness
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
    • Work with sales team to increase pricing models customized for the user
    • Negotiate and manage contracts
Desired Candidate Profile
    • B Tech/MBA from a reputed business school with min 4- 5 years of experience in business development or sales in consulting /IT related industry
    • Exposure to Account management, alliances, strategic planning and knowledge of the Asia Pacific market is desirable
    • Exposure to global markets will be preferable
